Advanced Registration Deadline
Register early to avoid long lines. Advanced registration closes on 5 May 2006 . Registration will re-open onsite on 16 May 2006 .

Payment Policy
All valid registrations MUST be accompanied by full payment or government purchase order.

Confirmation Policy
Confirmations will not be sent until complete payment is received. Completed registrations will receive confirmations via fax or email within 7-10 business days. Contact IDEAlliance Registrar with questions -

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 28 April 2006, only a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after that date. [more info]

*Please note: a 19% Dutch VAT will be added to the registration fee below. It is mandatory that all delegates pay the VAT tax of 19% on this fee. Gold Pass / 16-19 May

Fee includes: access to full-day or two half day tutorials of your choice, full conference, pavilion access, receptions, luncheons, conference proceedings, and all related handout materials.

Full Conference / 17-19 May

Fee includes: all XTECH 2006 conference sessions (17-19 May); access to the XTECH conference proceedings; entrance to the pavilion hall; tickets to all receptions and luncheons; and all other related conference materials.

*Must be a full time student at an accredited institution.

Tutorial Only / 16 May

Fee includes: access to tutorial of choice, the luncheon, and tutorial materials.

Booth Staff Only / 17-18 May

All booth staff must be pre-registered. Please limit booth staff to 4 people per 3m x 3m booth. Registration includes access to the floor during setup, dismantle and pavilion hours. If an exhibitor would like to sign up for the Full Conference, please see the 50% discount on conference fees offered under Full Conference.

Expo Only Pass / 17-18 May

Includes access to the exposition during exhibit hours and the exposition reception.
